I too am looking for someone who might be buried there. My great grandfather was very likely a Freemason and lived in Pittsburg County until his death in 1917. His mother (Sarah Hale Hopkins, died 1913) was a member of OES and is buried in Pittsburg cemetary. His father (John R. Hopkins) was a Freemason and lived in Savanna in 1905. Any chance anyone might be able to check Masonic records to see if there's any record of "Samuel C. Hopkins"?

He died 18 March 1917. I just don't know where exactly. I have found many other family members through information in Samuel's military records, but nothing about Samuels resting place.

Thanks,

Steve
