Also, Margaret Davis was born in Dunklin Co. Mo. about 1875 to Ellis Davis/Susannah Goforth. She married in Clay Co. Ark. about 1892 John Patrick Haines, he was working for the railroad as the engineer who built the bridge over the St. Francis river. Their old house still remains in Rector Ark. at the foot of the bridge. I think I remember Winnie telling me that after the death of her father, Margaret married a worker from the RR which would be Waldridge. But, again I have really never known why grandma was left with Dr. Bone, but I see from your message that he was born in Mo., so I wonder if this is the link, and the additional mention of his father being born in Kentucky?? Grandma also used to mention some of her family came to Mo. from Kentucky and no one coule raise Kentucky mules better than her father John Haines, so maybe Lottie is a sister of him, but I now know that her maiden name was Allen from your research, so that is out. Thanks Richard
