I don't know about Brewer, Ok. Checotah is an old town. There's so many small communities that aren't on the map, and some of the old small communities that at one time had a school, post office, etc. are gone today - not even referenced by anyone except the local people that know about them once being there in a lot of cases. I'll see if I can find anything more about Brewer.
