Hi, I think they must have missed the 1920 census. I've searched the 1920 census for every one in the state named Jack, there were 1,821 and only 2 Jack Milligan, as in a previous message I listed Jack Milligan in Lawton and Jack Milligan in Enid. Lot's of men named Jack !! Also searched Pittsburg Co. for all with the Initals, no J A Miligan there. I've searched every way I can think of - also searched U. S. wide in ancestry.com & can't find them on the 1920 census. I may have overlooked something - I'll keep them in mind and if ever I locate anything about them will let you know. Right now, nothing else.
