The Pawnee newspapers on microfilm at the Oklahoma History Center for the time period of 1899, the "Pawnee Times Democrat" is missing issues from 1896 thru Feb. 9, 1900, and the "Pawnee Dispatch" is missing issues from 1897 thru Feb. 9, 1900. A very quick scan through the remainder of Oct. 1900 after October 21 on those two Pawnee newspaper microfilms did not see anything for Barnet Morrison's death. The scan was very quick and not thorough.
"Footprints on the Osage Reservation" by William Dal Parker which has abstracts from "The Indian Herald" 1875-76-77, "The Pawhuska Capital" 1904-1907, and "The Osage Journal" 1901-1905 only had one listing for a Rev. Morrison.
The microfilm copies of the Fairfax newspaper started in 1905(?). (After the Dec. 27 1903 marriage of Barnet Morrison.)
