Liz, do you have a family name for "Gypsy?" I found the follwing in newspaper indexes for 1920 - - -
Mrs. Virginia Butler, 62, d Feb 1, 1920 at home of daughter, Mrs. H. J. Knott, Tar River. (Tar River next to Picher)
Mrs. Martha Fitzgerald,d Feb 6, 1920. Bur G.A.R.
Mrs. J. T. Groeneman, 55, d Feb 15, 1920. Bur G.A.R.
Mary Jane Wilbur, 73, d Feb 26, 1920.

Additional note: The town of Picher began in 1915 when ore first discovered there. Mines produced lead and zinc.
Good luck!
