Afton Cemetery from 1880's

I have two people that died in Afton Ottawa Co in 1885 and 1887. Jane Welch 1885 and a Mr Buzzard 1887. Jane may have died as Jane Buzzard. Was there more than one cemetary in the area at that time? If anyone has information on the cemetery or either of these people please reply. Thanks
