The 1920 Census of Bigheart, Osage County, OK
George Brown, age 28(1891/1892), born in OK to father born in TN, mother in Missouri, pumper/oil wells,
Rose, age 29, born in Arkansas, to father born in Texas, mother in Kentucky.
--The 1900 Census of JusticePrecinct 1, Randall County, Texas.
A. Points, born April 1866 in Missouri (NOT Texas)
S. born Jan 1865 in Kentucky (matches).
Rosa, Feb 1890 in Arkansas
J. C. male/born Mar 1891 in Indian Territory
Eva, July 1896, IT
V.V. Sep 1899, Oklahoma.

Directly above George and Rose in the 1920 Census
Charles T. Brown, age 47(1872/1873), widower
Knon, 13
Ici? 7.
--The 1910 Census of Cookson, Cherokee Co, OK: shows Charley, wife Lizzie, dau Millie 14, William H 11; Bell 9, Lucy M, 7; Bertha 5, Knon, 3; Ellen, 11/12.

Rose would have been born around 1890/1891. Her exact (and proven) date of birth would help in the research.

The Rosetta Brown that died in Osage County in June 1974 at Skiatook was born on 1 June 1913. Do NOT waste money on this death certificate. There were a number of Rose/Rosa Browns that lived in Osage County over the years. There is NO PROOF that your person even lived there after the 1920 Census.

The 1930 Census has 122 Ros* born in Arkansas, living in Oklahoma. The 1930 Census also was not transcribed for every person for their State of birth, so there could be MANY more that were born in Arkansas. The 1930 Census also does not allow to search using the birth State of the parents. AND, the US Census was so filled with errors, she might not be listed as born in Arkansas.

I did a NUMBER of searches attempting to get sufficient information about George for a date of birth. He "might" be the son of Charley, or this was just a coincidence. There isn't enough information to find them individually after 1920. One of them may have died, the other moved, remarried, or they divorced. They only thing I can say for sure, they are probably both dead at this time.... Both of us posting live inWashington State, to far to be doing anything in Oklahoma.
