In addition, my uncle Bob McMahan, the last child of William Jasper and Laura McMahan, was born Dec 15, 1930 in Little Chief, Osage County, Oklahoma.

I suppose it is possible for a census taker to miss entire families or households. I believe Charles and Hattie Boydston, Laura's parents, were living in the same household which lends to that possibility.

If anyone can find other evidence of this family living in Osage County in 1930, please let me know.

Thanks,
Joe
