I am in need of information from Osage County. Let me explain.
William C. Darby, his wife, his son, and his three stepchildren were living in Avant on the 1920 census. They lived there for several years before he retired.
He had a daughter by the name of Ruby (Darby) Jones who gave birth to a child in late 1920 and the child apparently was stillborn or lived only a few days. I have determined that the child was born/died between 10-29-1920 and 12-21-1920. In all the information I have about Ruby there are several mentions of Avant, OK. Since she was divorced from her husband, my thinking is she was living with her father/stepmother at the time of the birth/death of the child.
Is there anyone who would check the Avant Cemetery records for me to see if there is an infant (Darby) Jones buried there between 10-29-1920 and 12-21-1920. Any information appreciated.
