Claimed exemption: “broken arm and broken foot about 8 yrs ago”. No dependents.
Physical description: med. height, med. build, brown eyes, black hair.
--5 June 1917 -6 Strike Axe Twp,Osage Co., OK.


Lawrence Tapper says he works in the oilfields for Foster and Davis at 36-24-8.
