Hello Louis, If it were me I would stop and think about where your parents lived. Where was your father around the time he married your mother? Most men and women didn't stay single to long back then so he could have married both wifes in the same county. If you are taking about Okmulgee county all you would have to do is go to the court house and look up marriage records for Okmulgee County. Every book has a index that would take time but it will also give you the name of the first wife. One other thing you could do is think about where your half brother could have lived and call the library in that county and ask them to do a city Phone and Address Directory. There is a Louis Jackson posted in the Family Tree on ancestry.com with several children you might look at it and e-mail the person that posted it. let me no it I can help you any.
