Thanks for any information some one could share with me on Gus Johnson who was sheriff of Nowata County, Oklahoma 1967-1973
On a recent trip to Nowata I visited the Museum there and in the Sheriff and Cowboy room #15 there were pictures of Gus Johnson and also a picture of William Johnson and his brother. William was the son of my 2nd great Uncle. I am interested to know if perhaps Gus was related to this family. Thanks for any information Goldie.
