I am doing research on a female blues singer/vaudeville performer who performed in Oklahoma 1913-1922. Her booking agent was out of Muskogee and she appeared in many of the Brophy theaters. I have found where she played at the Ritz and Palace in Muskogee (she did not play the Broadway).
Does anyone reading this forum know if the Muskogee Library or Genealogy/Historical Society might have printed information or photos circa 1913-1922 of the Muskogee theaters or about Brophy.
Any information/suggesitons appreciated.
