Hi, I was excited to see your query. My grandfather, Amsden Logwood went to work on the 101 Ranch in 1922 and worked there until the operations closed in August, 1931. He supposedly kept the steam generators operating. My father and his siblings lived there and the two youngest, Desta Wilma (1924) and Amsden Audene (1926) were born on the ranch. Interestingly, my grandmother rode fence lines and checked the inventory of groceries, etc in the bunkhouses scattered all over the ranch. If you have information regarding the ranch I would love to know about it. I was unaware until a couple of years ago that the family had lived there.
