Hi, I don't have your answer, but I will post a book title here that you may have already looked at, but others may also have an interest in:

'The 101 Ranch', by Ellsworth COLLINGS and Elma Miller ENGLAND >, published by the University of Oklahoma Press, Norman, OK, 1937, 1971 edit., ISBN 0-8061-1047-3.

Have you checked with the Oklahoma Historical Society in Okla. City, yet? I'd check with the larger institutions in the state, such as Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, or the college libraries (especially OU since they put out the book), etc. to see if you can find out where those 'papers' for the ranch ended up.
When reading in the book/s? about the 101, see in the bibliographic section where the authors are quoting from. It might give you a clue as to where the records were stored.
This MILLER/CARSON family came to OK area from Newtonia, MO, and originally from near Crab Orchard, Lincoln Co., KY, and some of the family was sent back there (KY) to be educated and buried, so you might check the big institutions in that area also for such records as you seek. Good luck to you!
