I live just south of Fort Sill and Lawton, I was also stationed there many years. The problem is that there is more than 1(one) cemetery at Fort Sill so you would need to know if you need one of the Indian or the National Cemetery before the hunt begins.
One way to find out about the National Cemetery is to call Fort Sill at 1-580-442-8111 and find out which department is responsible for it, they will give you the number to call.
I have used the Lawton Genealogy Department for many years and have never come across a book on the cemeteries at Fort Sill, but they do have alot of books on other ones.
I hope this helps you get started.
