To build on what Marlene has provided, in the 1930 Wagoner Co. OK census, M. G. Hall is shown as Millard G. Hall, and in the 1940 Wagoner Co. OK census, he is shown as Millard Hall.

The 1930 census has this list:

Millard G. Hall, age 39, b. MO
Mary F. Hall, age 39, b. MO
Roy Hall, age 19, b. OK
Carl G. Hall age 11, b. AR
Virginia M. Hall, age 2, b. OK

Using the name Millard Hall, rather than Milton, I found this information that I believe is your family:

1900 Oklahoma Territory, Deer Creek township, Custer Co.

Millard Hall, age 45, b. MO, b. April 1855
Mary E. Hall, age 39, b. PA
Manerva A. Hall, 17, MO
Anna L. Hall, 16, MO
Mary J. Hall, 14, MO
David S. Hall, 12, MO
Maud O. Hall, 10, MO
Millard G. Hall, 9, MO, birth date Dec 1891
William W. Hall, 6, MO
Ula F. Hall, 4, OK
Goldie M. Hall, 1, OK

I have not located the MIllard Hall b. 1855 as yet in earlier census records.
