I'm searching for my husband's great-grandparent's family and we're hitting a brick wall. We know his name is Leo Walter Myers. He was born July 31st,1908 in Oklahoma. He died June 11th,1993 in Rogue River,Oregon. He was married to Hazel (Nadine?) Green born March 9th,1914 and died August 11th,1983 in Rogue River,Oregon. Their daughter,Patricia Marie Myers Ledford (husband's grandmother),was born July 24th, 1933 in Bartlesville,Oklahoma and died January 17th,1999 in Grants Pass,Oregon. Patricia has at least two siblings,Leo jr & Gean, but we know no vital stats for them. We asked family members that may have known but nobody has gotten backed to us. We think we may have found Hazel's family in Texas but can find no information about marriage or genealogy/family history to make the connection for sure. We also think we may have found Leo's family except in the 1930's census he is listed as being married to May with two kids ~ Hubert & Matilda. And living with a sister Ethel and brother Joseph and mother Tillie. His job is listed as a typewriter mechanic on the census, and we know that when Leo & Hazel moved their family to CA (sometime before 1951) one of his first jobs was as a typewriter mechanic/salesman. If anyone knows anything about when/where leo & hazel were married, who their families were & where from, that would be a huge help! Thank you :-)
