In Fleetwood Cemetery near Sallisaw I found a double headstone with Jacob A. Cole b. 1882 d. 1947 and wife Dora b. 1886 d. 1974. Also found records where Jacob A. Cole voted in 1916 at age 33. My gg-grandfather John William Cole and his wife Elizabeth Painter settled in Sequoyah Co. by 1890 from Lincoln Co., TN. They had a son named Jacob A. Cole b. mid-1800s. Could these two Jacobs be father and son? Any help appreciated. Gene Johnson
