Norma R. Estrada
Norma R. Estrada, 66, of Salinas, died Monday, Nov. 7, 2005, at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
Norma was born Feb. 5, 1939, in LeFlora, Spiro, Okla.
Norma was a Monterey County resident for 45 years. She was more precious than anything in the world. She was the best mom a child could ever want. Being such a good mother she was also a super mom to her grandchildren. Norma put a lot of love and touched so many people. She even was able to wait to see her last two newborn granddaughters.
She loved cats more than anything. The best thing she enjoyed was going to bingo.
She spent her last days still giving and that was letting her family see she went to Jesus' kingdom in peace. Amen.
Survivors: Daughters, Gina Castillo of Salinas, Linda Castro of Oklahoma; son, Kirk Castro of Oklahoma; brother, Butch Fennell of Salinas; stepbrother, Joe Duarte of Salinas; grandchildren, Joseph, Ashley, Zenida, Elena, Misty, Monique and Daniel.
Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Healey Mortuary.
Arrangements: Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Road, Salinas.
