I can only see Malty in 1944 Shasta, Ca. on their
voters registration. He was a carpenter then as he was
on his 1918 WW1 registration card in Pueblo, Co. with
Myrtle.
I found a death date listed for him as 19 Oct. 1954,
in a family tree but there is no place listed.

The Myrtle you have listed as his mother dying on the
same day as Malty Jr. in 1925 on Find A Grave was
still alive when son Henry S. died on Sept. 6, 1939.
She was the informant on Henry's DC.

Malty Sr. was the informant on both Malty Jr's DC on
Jan. 16, 1925 and their daughter Myrtle Eva that was
born premature and died on July 27, 1925 in Amarillo.

You can see their DC's here for verification.

Malty Sr. could be anywhere from 1944 to 1954 when
someone knows or listed it as his death in their tree.
You can see him and Rosa in their trees on Rootsweb.
