Hi Doug,
Thanks for continuing to search. It continues to be a puzzle. When I have more of a chance on the weekend to study all you and others have contributed, maybe it will be more clear. At a glance it looks like America ia not the mother of J.B. Darcy, but rather Amanda Braden is. And just exactly how J.M. Darcy fits in with this family is still unclear. Maybe he is a nephew of even a widely spaced brother to J.C. There is clearly a family connection. I envy your search skills.
