I've done some looking to see where you can order a copy of the marriage record. According to the web site where I found it you can order a copy from the LDS Library. I assume that means you borrow a film of the marriage records through a local Family History Center and then copy the record that's on the film.

According to my Handybook for Genealogists the Atoka Court Clerk has marriage records from 1897 so the web site may be right and the only way to get a copy of the original record is to copy it yourself from the LDS microfilm.
