There are 2 marriages in the LDS marriage database for Johnson Co, AR. The first one is for your J M Dorsey and Louisa Jane Keaster although the initials for J M are G M. The second marriage is most likely for Jeremiah B Darcy. In the 1900 census Jeremiah's wife was named Bell and she was from Arkansas. Since he married in the same county in Arkansas and was living in the same county in 1910 Oklahoma he has to be related to J M in some way.

Looking at the census records for Jeremiah B Darcy I don't see any possible match for J M Darcy unless it's the brother named Patrick M in the 1860 census. But Patrick M seems to disappear after that census.
