I have found the William Jasper Keaster (WW1 reg) with
his mother and brother in 1900 Twp 13 in Cherokee Nation.
Birth of April 1874 matches his card and his brother
Thomas Madison Keaster birth of Sept. 1876 matches.
T.M registered in Howard county, Ar.
There is no Range number or direction on this Twp but if
it was to be Twp 13(N) it would be in Okmulgee co.
This William J. has a sister named Louisa J. born
ca 1855 in Illinois.
He is found in 1880 Mulberry, Johnson co, Ar.with his
parents, Wm. Joseph and Elizabeth and five siblings.
This family is in 1860, T9 R3 Williamson county, Ill,
found in the same place in 1870.
