I think that this was a same-name father and son family, BUT I'm *not* certain of this. That is, I think the father was born between 1916-1926, the son Allen Eugene FIELDER, c. 1953, 1954. The father, I believe died (perhaps in a accident) early in life. The son may still be alive but not sure.
