This is the only Lert Barker I can find. He did move around a lot.

The 1900 census has him with his parents in Green, West Virginia.
The 1910 census has him with his parents in Alamo, New Mexico.
The 1920 census has him with his mother in Fort Worth, Texas.
The 1930 census has him in Lynn Haven, Florida.

Since Golda was born in February 1906, he had to be in Oklahoma about May 1905. That's possible, if they were traveling from West Virginia to New Mexico. But nothing to say for sure. Again, this was the only Lert Barker I could find. Hope it points you in the right direction.

Good Luck!
