I checked the current Oklahoma city phone book and there is no listing for Oklahoma Mud Control Laboratories.

However, here are some petroleum related web sites. Perhaps they can give you some direction for your search. Maybe this company was bought out by another company and now has a different name.

Another possible avenue would be to contact the Oklahoma Secretary of State. This is the agency here in Oklahoma that helps people form corporations. Again, this may provide a new company name or at least the names of people who formed the company.
