I can't help you with all of them but maybe I can help a little.

Gilliam Hatfield married Ada Layne 15 Jul 1900 Grudy TN.

On the 1900 census he lived in Grundy County with his family as follows:
John Hatfield, age 45 born Jul 1854 TN TN TN Coal Miner 26
Katie, age 45 born Jan 1855 TN TN SC, 26, 11 children with 7 living.
Gillam 20 born Dec 1879 TN Coal Miner
William 15 born Feb 1885 TN
Lettie J. 13 born Jun 1887 TN
Tildia 10 born Oct 1889
Sallie D 9 born Dec 1891

In 1880 they lived in Marion TN John was 26, Catherine 24, Mandy 3, and Gillam 5 months.

I guess this proves his father is John, gives you a pretty sure birth location, proves his mother is Catherine, and was called Katie like many Catherines, and the names of five siblings.
