For Washington Co, OK, there are several volunteers listed who will do record lookups, and cemetery photos, too. Maybe one of them can find where your father is buried, and dates for his birth and death. Then you can look for an obituary for him -- survivors are usually included, also a good way to pick up married names of any females in the family.

If that doesn't work, Moss School District is in Hughes Co, OK, try the same search there.
