Thanks so much, John...
My husband and I walked that cemetery by the Forest Hill Baptist Church and could not find any of the monuments for these four people...but, this was a "hot" August a few years ago...we did not do any backtracking, as the grass was high and ant mounds were everywhere...We may have overlooked something. There may be a survey of the cemetery...A 1938 obit for Annie, said she was buried at Forest Hill...as did a book with an article on my Grandfather's family...Cocke, which said that James Alexander Cocke was buried at Forest Hill Cemetery in 1926...James R. Goode died before his wife Annie in 1938. In 1931, J.R. Goode,(81) killed a worker on his farm, during an argument...the man's name was "Wooten" and this was news in the McCurtain Gazette...I'm sure there was a trial. But have not found any information...your help is appreciated...Dee
