Kullituklo is a small community south of present day Idabel, about 5 miles or so. It's name is Choctaw for "two wells".

It was a former place for much tribal business but as time wore on and the county became larger, much of the Choctaw meeting and gathering places decreased in usage and habituation.

The tribal headquarters is now located in Durant, Ok
