And single with two children in 1917. I found him in Mills County Iowa in the 1930 census with wife Minnie V and son Stanley E. I believe that Minnie was the daughter of Isaac and Mary Good. According to the SSDI and the California Death Index, Stanley Edward Elkins was born 13 April 1928 and died 27 Jun 1993 in Riverside County, California.
