Samuel F. Adair Death record or Obituary

I recieved a letter a few days ago about Joseph W. Adair being buried in the Spavinaw Cemetery. When I checked the cemetery records there I also found his brother Samuel Adair born 1880- 1969 Can some one help me find his whole death date so I can order a Obituary for him

Also Joserph's wife was Cora Sayers Adair and it gave her death date as 1961, It said she was born 1896

They were all born in Bourbon Co., Ky.. I sure could use some help
