Sharon,
Nancy Lee Stephens Riley was the sister of my great-grandmother, Helen May Stephens Hughes. They were the daughters of Franklin Pierce Stephens and Lillie May Gaston.
I believe that there were 7 daughters in the Riley family. The 4 you named, plus Felicia, and one other whose name I can't remember right now, and Dovie Jo, who died as a child.
My grandmother, who is still living, grew up with these girls. Mandie died recently and I believe that Gertrude is the only one still living. I know that several of the girls died fairly young.
I can get you a lot of information on this family, the girls' husbands, etc. I also have a lot of information on the Stephens and Gaston families, going way back.
Also, Felix Riley's nephew, Lawrence Bruce, married my grandmother's older half-sister, Grace Lee Hughes, but I don't know exactly what the connection was.
Are you related to this family? Please e-mail me at clstof@yahoo.com

Chris Stofel
