I have an original marriage license application for F. Elliott BAKER, age 21, of Topeka, KS and Effie MEEK, age 17, of Guthrie, OK dated October 25, 1911. It includes a letter of consent for the bride to marry written by the bride's mother, Mrs. C. W. MEEK of Guthrie, OK. This is not my family. If it is yours and you would like to have this application, let me know.
