I am looking for family members or any information about "Billy" William Joseph Orvin BARNARD. His mother was Cleta COOPER BARNARD SMITH and his grandfather was Joseph "Fred" COOPER. Fred also had a daughter, Iona POTEET and a son Herbert COOPER, that later died in Orlando, FL. Billy married a girl whose last name was JENKINS.
Fred COOPER came to Guthrie, OK. in the early 1920's, from Keokuk, Lee, IA. His wife, Pearl died there on May 30, 1923, also a son Ferdinand, who died June 1927. Cleta COOPER married Harvey BARNARD July 1923. They later divorced and Cleta married a SMITH, possibly named Floyd. Would love to share information on any of these families.
