Below is a link to a history of Prague which was written as a Masters Thesis in 1948. In it the author gives credit to Mrs. Junia Heath Jones for her assistance in helping him with past issues of the Prague paper.

I was a senior in Prague High School in 1946-47 and wrote the high school news for the paper. I know that it was Mrs. Jones who received my articles. I have not lived in Prague for many years and do not have further information.

The Prague Cemetery Records have been published, but are not online. If you go to the Lincoln County Oklahoma Genweb, you can find an address for the Lincoln County Historical Society. They do have the cemetery books. Perhaps someone would do a look up for you.

I would also suggest writing to the Prague newspaper for an obituary. I'll see if I can come up with the current name of the paper and an address and post again.
