I grew up in Lincoln County Oklahoma. I have not heard of a separate cemetery for those who were poor. In all probability she would have been buried in a cemetery near where she lived, but perhaps without a stone. Do you have any idea where in Lincoln County she might have lived?

The Social Security Death Index has this listing: Sallie Peck, born 7 April 1883, died December 1963. Unfortunately, the only Death Residence locality given for this person was Oklahoma--no listing of county or zip code. The SS number was issued in Oklahoma.

Could this be the woman you are looking for?
