The Book "Pioneers of Kingfisher County" has on pg 149 a Marley Family. E.E. Marley and wife Flora (Unger) Marley came in the fall of 1890 with two sons Ralph H. and Archie B. After arriving in Okl had a dau HARRIET C. and two more sons, GEORGE P., and Charlie E. In 1925 Mr. Marley and son George moved to Texas where they owned a citrus grove. Anyway George lived in Mission Texas and married Hattie Hallenback. They had a dau, Helen, who lives in Little Rock, Ark, with her husband Charles Ehret...Does any of this sound like your Marley family. Book does not mention Pennsy but they came to Okla from Kansas..Could this E. E. be the Emmet son of George and Harriet. Article does not mention that the parents came to Kingfisher. But whoever wrote it may not have known....E.E did name two of his children George and Harriet so that is a pretty good indication that he named them after his parents.
