While I can't answer your original query, I did find a draft card for Claude Cordell Hollingshead. He was living in Gage, OK; born 21 Nov 1896 in Crawford County, MO; father born in OH; employed at Jackson and Harris Motor Company in Blackwell; wife's name is Ethel [who is also living in Gage on Route 1]; five foot ten inches; brown eyes; black hair; dated 5 June 1918; completed in Newkirk, OK.

Gage is in Ellis County and is on the central eastern border of the state; it is intriguing that he's working in Blackwell and officially living in Gage.
