Where is Garrett Township in Johnston Co.

Can anyone out there help me find out what town that the " Township of Garrett" includes. I have located my Grandparent in this township and am trying to find the town that they lived in. In the 1920 census of Johnson county it listed the census as Supervisor's Districe No. 4 and the Enumeration District No. 86. Any help at all will be appreciated. Thanks . I can be reached at email addr: jim-pat@swbell.net
