Hi - I don't have a real good answer for you regarding phone #s, but, most of the rural cemeteries here in Haskell Co. only have 'caretakers' - that's for grounds upkeep (lawnmowing, etc) Some of my family are buried at San Bois cemetery & I don't know who I'd contact about that cemetery other than try to find out who the caretakers are, but, if you're looking to find a grave try the website of the McCurtain Genealogical Society as they have many (most) of the Haskell Co. cemeteries graves listed. If you have questions I'll try to answer them for you if I can... maybe someone else will reply to your message that can be of more help.
