Russell Baptist Church Centennial
Posted by: Susan Bradford Date: August 26, 2000 at 06:42:03

According to Mangum SUN-MONITOR of November 30, 1903 "The Baptist people at Russell have lumber on the ground for a
new church building at that place."

In view of Centennial Celebration at Russell Baptist Church (21 miles SW of Mangum), we seek stories about Russell
Baptist Church, the Russell community (Greer County), the brush arbor revivals, and pictures to put image to those memories. We
want to get in touch with former members and pastors and their families.

Russell Baptist Church, history committee, in care of Susan Bradford, Rt 1, Duke, OK 73532-9125
