Do you mean Chickasha, OK? Do you know actual date this took place? Chickasha library has microfilm of some early day...don't know if they have 1904. Usually a shooting makes the front page. Oklahoma Historical Society also has newspapers on microfilm. It would help if you could pinpoint date of death. Grady Co. was part of Chickasaw Nation at that time. Good Luck!
