Brick Street's in Lindsay Oklahoma

Would like to find information on when and who laid the streets in Lindsay,Okla.
Anything to do with the streets and the town of Lindsay in 1900 &1910.
I have a copy of a census that says a Thomas Eubanks was helping to lay the bricks. He was my GGrandfather.
