There are several township maps on the Dewey County genweb site. There is one for 1915 and there is one showing each township and range. Just go look at all the township maps and that will give you a good idea of where the townships and towns are located. Oakley Cemetery is located south and east of Taloga on the river road between Taloga and Oakwood. The Parallel community was also the area of the Oakley cemetery. Fonda is located east of Seiling. Oakwood is in Sickle township. The Dewey County website has many resources. Go in and look at all of them. Susan Bradford does an excellent job.

Also the two Dewey County history books are excellent resources for stories about these communities. I'll check them for stories about Fonda, Oakley, and Parallel. I'll be glad to share any resources I find with you. I will try to copy some and get them to you.
