Thank you Carol for your reply, I appreciate the effort.You might not have noticed............my query was made back in Nov of 2010; so I have made some progress since then.
There were two men named Ira H. George, born the same timeframe, same state, and to confuse things a bit more.....they were cousins. Since most TREEs I found had the details for the two of them mixed up, it was quite an involved journey to sort the two out. Census, WW1 Draft Registrations, Funeral home records and then finally obtaining an OBIT for each of them was the documentation I needed to put them in the proper family group.

Just incase someone else follows this track I will include my findings below....
The Ira H George you found, is Ira Herbert George & he had wife Asilee. She is listed as Josie Asileath Wilson.
s/o Alexander Wilks George & Elizabeth Lucretia Scott.
This Ira H. George 10 Sept 1874 - 19 Feb 1972 and is buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Robinson, Brown Co, Kansas
The OTHER Ira H. George is
Ira Hubbard George 23 Mar 1874 - 11 Mar 1948
s/o Ira Hubbard George & Harriet Elizabeth Snelling.
He is buried at Polson Cemetery, , Delaware Co, Oklahoma
Alexander Wilks George & Ira Hubbard George (sr) were brothers.
