Herman was born around 1919 and died when he was 28 years old. He married Anna Lee Williams, who was born in Navina Oklahoma. They had three children together. I know of at least one that was put up for adoption in 1947. My father was adopted by Lenver and Ella Dickerson.
Herman's step dad was Shack Johnson/Johnston, mother Short. Siblings of Herman were Dorothy Johnson/Johnston, Cathy Johnson/Johnston, Lester Johnson/Johnston, and Reba Johnson/Johnston. This family lived in Yale up to 1946 I believe.
Herman was a truck driver in 1947 and Anna was a waitress/clerk. She did work at the Yale hospital.
I am running out of leads. If anyone has information pertaining to any one of these individuals please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it.
